We provide you with a professional WordPress based Real Estate website. The website will be 100% owned by you. There will be NO MONTHLY COSTS, and NO other additional costs after we have finished the website for you.
The BASIC Package
- WordPress Theme: The total price includes the purchase of the WordPress Theme (worth US$ 59,00).
- Responsive Design: You will get a fully responsive website which visitors can access in the browser of all devices (e.g. Desktop, Tab, Mobile).
- Individual Design: We will adapt all colors, integrate your logo, etc. so the website corresponds to your corporate design.
- Pages: We will add up to 8 additional pages, such as “Our Services”, “About Us”, etc. We will either insert the texts you provide, or we will use placeholders so you can easily insert the texts by yourself at a later moment.
- Areas, Cities: We will add up to 25 pre-selected areas, cities, etc. Of course you can easily add unlimited locations to the website after our work is done. We will provide a training video how to do it.
- Properties: We will add 4 properties to the website, including all details and images you provide. These properties will serve as a benchmark for you to add the rest of your properties by yourself. We will also provide a training video to teach you how to add the properties by yourself. (Note: If you use a real estate software or portal which provides OpenImmo export, we can set-up the import of all properties into the website, so there will be no need to manually add properties. See “EXTRAS” below.)
- Advanced Search Form: We will integrate an advanced search form on your website. You decide on which pages to show it and which search fields to include.
- Layout: We will adjust all page layouts according to your preferences, like headers, sidebars, footer, etc. We will also add additional blocks to the pages and sidebars, like “Featured Properties”, “Latest Properties”, “Our Agents”, etc.
- Contact Form: We will integrate contact forms so prospective buyers/tenants can easily contact you on any given page.
- Testimonials: We will integrate testimonial block where you can showcase what your customers say about you, if you wish to do so.
- Social Network: We will integrate your social links as well as social share buttons, if you wish to do so.
- Open Maps: We will integrate Open Maps to show the locations of the properties, if you wish to do so.
- SEO Ready: We will implement the SEO plugin “Yoast Seo” and set up the basic SEO structure for you.
- Speed Optimization: We will implement a speed/cache optimization plugin as well as an image optimization plugin.
- Training videos: We will send you training videos on how to manage the website by yourself after our work is done. E.g. how to add / edit text, how to edit / add properties, how to optimize your SEO, etc. If you still have questions, just let us know and we will provide a new video to answer your question.
BASIC Package Price: EUR 699,00 + IVA
The MULTILINGUAL Package
If you choose the Multilingual Package, we will additionally install the WPML plugin to add multiple languages. Every single word of your WordPress website will be translatable into as many languages as you like.
- BASIC features: This package includes everything which is listed in the BASIC package.
- WPML: The installation and set up of the WPML plugin (worth US$ 79,00).
- Translations: All theme related translations into 1 language. Additionally we will add the translations you provide for the individual pages and the properties. When you add properties in the future you only need to translate the property titles and descriptions. The translations of all other property details will be added automatically.
The price below is for 2 languages. For each additional language we will charge an extra EUR 100,00 (for the 3rd, 4th, etc. language).
MULTILINGUAL Package Price: EUR 899,00 + IVA
EXTRAS & CUSTOM WORKS
The services listed below are not included in the above package deals. Of course we can provide these services as well, but then we have to add the costs for the additional working hours to the total price.
- OpenImmo XML data import: We can install and set up a plugin so you can easily import and update all your properties into the website.
- Content: If you like we can also write any content for you.
- Properties: Apart from the 4 properties we add in the package deal, we can also add all your properties including all information and images.
- Design: We can also help you create your company logo, buy stock photos, alter your images, etc.
- SEO: We can also provide a keyword analysis to optimize your SEO, and insert meta titles and meta descriptions for all your pages, properties and images.
