Magdeburg, 25. M\u00e4rz 2020. “Die Immobilienpreise sind bekannterma\u00dfen hierzulande in den vergangenen Jahren explodiert. Viele Menschen, die noch nicht vom Immobilienboom profitiert haben, hoffen nun, dass die Corona-Krise die Preise dr\u00fccken k\u00f6nnte. Verl\u00e4ssliche Daten dazu gibt es allerdings noch lange nicht und f\u00fcr Immobilieneigent\u00fcmer gibt es derzeit noch keinen Grund zur Panik”, beruhigt Immobilienexperte Thomas Filor aus Magdeburg.<\/p>\n

Wie jedes Jahr hat die Postbank k\u00fcrzlich ihren aktuellen Wohnatlas fertiggestellt, welcher allerdings Daten beinhaltet, die vor dem Ausbruch der Corona-Krise erhoben wurden. Aus dem Wohnatlas geht hervor, dass die Immobilienpreise in den vergangenen zw\u00f6lf Monaten in 90 Prozent aller deutschen Landkreise sowie kreisfreien St\u00e4dte gestiegen sind. Demnach lag das Plus im Jahr 2019 inflationsbereinigt bei 9,3 Prozent.<\/p>\n

“Nat\u00fcrlich ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass die Nachfrage nach Wohnraum in den kommenden Wochen sinken k\u00f6nnte. Die Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr sind aber derzeit komplett logistischer Natur. Das bedeutet, dass Umz\u00fcge innerhalb Deutschlands, aber auch Zuz\u00fcge aus dem Ausland aufgrund der Grenzschlie\u00dfungen derzeit kaum durchf\u00fchrbar sind. Das Interesse der Anleger d\u00fcrfte aber nicht sinken. Potentielle K\u00e4ufer werden ihre Kaufpl\u00e4ne voraussichtlich nur verschieben, aber nicht auf Eis legen”, betont Immobilienexperte Thomas Filor aus Magdeburg.<\/p>\n

Des Weiteren hatte die Bundesregierung bereits angek\u00fcndigt, Hilfe bereit zu stellen, wie Bundeswirtschaftsminister Peter Altmaier (CDU) mehrmals betont hatte. \u201eLetztendlich wird man erst in der Phase der wirtschaftlichen Erholung sehen, wie sich die Immobilienpreise entwickeln und inwieweit die Corona-Krise auch die Gesch\u00e4ftsbanken treffen wird, die die Immobilienkredite vergeben. Nach wie vor ist ein steigendes Wohnungsangebot enorm wichtig. Fakt ist, dass die Deutschen auf Betongold vertrauen \u2013 und das k\u00f6nnte die Immobilienpreise selbst in Corona-Zeiten hoch halten. Au\u00dferdem sind Immobilien bekannterma\u00dfen eine sichere Anlage, selbst bei Turbulenzen am Finanzmarkt\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Immobilienexperte Thomas Filor aus Magdeburg abschlie\u00dfend.<\/p>\n
